3TCC/TFT  Couture Services


3TCC/TFT will help you plan your perfect event. When you choose 3TCC/TFT to cater or decorate your event, we will be more than happy to assist you with planning your menu and perform a site visit at your chosen venue.



3TCC/TFT will provide our potential clients with a complimentary phone consultation to speak with you about your event. Any client who wishes to move forward with an in office consultation will be charged a $125.00 fee to be paid in advance to schedule the allotted two (2) hour block.


A private tasting will gladly be arranged at our office for a charge of $125.00 per couple to be paid at the time the tasting is scheduled. Should you book your event with 3TalentsCoutureCatering, 50% of this charge will be deducted from your final bill.

Catered Events

All catered events will have use of our elegant black wire rack chaffing warmers unless the event is billed as a formal affair, whereas the stainless steel chaffing warmers will be used. Food Buffet, Beverage Station and Food Station décor to include black linen only. Standard clear tableware, drinkware, cutlery and napkins are included in the menu price unless there is a request for an upgrade at an additional cost.

Drop-Off Services

When your event doesn't require full catering services, drop-off service is an option. Whether its a business meeting, conference, luncheon or party, 3TCC will bring our wonderful food and top-notch customer service to you.

Drop-off service includes standard wire rack chaffing warmers and sternos. Set up of menu is not included with drop-off service unless requested at an additional cost.


All staff, including Chef services are billed separately under labor. "Labor" is not limited to wait staff only. "Labor" includes behind the scenes prep/cook/loading/unloading for your event. The standard staffing requirements is one server for every 15-20 guests. Staffing for events are needed so the Chef has the appropriate support to deliver the menu, ensuring smooth and efficient service before, during and after the event. Labor is billed at $30.00 an hour per server/staff at a minimum of six (6) hours.

All day of the event servers are formally attired in black tuxedo pants, white dress shirt and  black tie or bowtie.

If the client decides to not include labor within their contract with 3TCC/TFT, the client will incur full responsibility of hiring and having their own staff to assist with the event, including serving and cleaning, along with signing our client responsibility and requirements form.


3TCC/TFT offers an extensive inventory of china, glass and silverware for our clients who want to bring elegance to their event.

Décor and Linen Rental

Choose from hundreds of elegant and trendy napkin styles and linen patterns for your next event. Along with linen rental, 3TCC/TFT offers a line of décor and event services at an additional cost.

Contract & Billing Information

Should you accept the estimate of services proposed to you for your event, a 75% deposit will be required to reserve your date and time. That deposit is non-refundable.

The balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the event. No personal checks are accepted for services. Final guest count is due fourteen (14) working days prior to the event.

Any contract that has a balance due on after the thirty (30) day deadline will incur a 20% late fee for the remaining balance owed.
