Couture definitely defines Yolanda's style of food design and service. She brings 21 years of food service experience to the catering, event planning and decoration industry. 

 

Starting out as a banquet server working at the Omni Bayfront Tower Hotel in Corpus Christi, Texas, she trained to set up, serve and manage a variety of events.

 

Yolanda has traveled on a journey of culinary exploration and arrived at the perfect place- a merger of her passion for design, decor and dining.

 

She is known for adding that touch of extraordinary flair to make each event unique, delightful and absolutely delicious.

 

Yolanda is a Personal Chef with a Personal Touch that proves itself over and over.  It is amazing to see because no two events are alike.  From your first meeting- to your final menu- you can be certain that every detail will be addressed.  From the simplicity of golden fried chicken to homemade muffins stuffed with premium crab meat... the designs are endless!
